Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pawzo Shop. We want to make sure you have all the information you need about how and when your order will arrive.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door. If you don’t see the email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

5. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will help you track your package if anything seems off.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we consider the delivery complete. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please:

       Check with neighbors and household members

       Look around your delivery location (porches, mailboxes, side doors)

       Contact your local carrier with the tracking number

If you still cannot locate the package after 48 hours, contact us at support@pawzoshop.store and we will do our best to assist.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.
