Refund & Return Policy

At Pawzo Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to all orders placed on https://www.pawzoshop.store.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

Refunds cover the cost of the product. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at support@pawzoshop.store with the following:

       Your order number

       The item(s) you wish to return

       The reason for the return

       A photo, if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

       Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

       Gift cards

       Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

       Personalized or custom-made products

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us using the email above.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the email above.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, the order may have already entered the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.
